3.Certain services and related features that may be made available on the Platform are only granted by POWERTECHNIC. Every user of the Platform is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. POWERTECHNIC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

The Quotation you made by using the POWERTECHNIC mobile app will be confirmed of Purchase Order to POWERTECHNIC.

7.Cancellation Policy:
POWERTECHNIC reserves the right to hold or cancel any order with prior notice when deemed necessary. POWERTECHNIC will proceed with cancellation should circumstances below occur:

The item is not / no longer available

• Installment / Payment failed or not received
• Payment information could not be verified
• Violation of POWERTECHNIC's Terms and Conditions
• Cancellation initiated by the Customer
• Any other unforeseen circumstances that lead to cancellation

8.Refunds
Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered the mode of refund based on your payment mode and may be required to enter additional information.
