Components & Features
- Compact hydraulic table lifter unit with standard equipment includes safety relief valve, check valve, electric motor with protection class IP55.
- Solid or box beam scissor arms offer superior lateral stability. Bearing in most moving parts. Together with grease nipples for all axles and joints that prolong equipment life.
- The scissor arms with Sturdy torsion bar and cross-bars are oversized to cater for off-centre, dynamics loads and high frequency of use under tough conditions.
- Scissor arms designed to ensure smooth and precise movements.
- Cylinders are placed on the arm wheel side of the table and given excellent stability.
- The piston rod is chrome-plated, which gives longer lift under adverse conditions. The hose burst valve, built into each cylinder that stops the lifting and lowering action immediately should the hose or pipe burst.
- Upper limit switch for easy stroke adjustments.
- The safety trip frame prevents feet from being trapped between the platform and surrounding edges. Sensitive micro switches being used to ensure reliable functioning. Minimum four switches in the safety frame.
- Bearings with ASSAB steel shaft for higher reliability and heavy duty applications.
